October Goals

I'm going to start doing monthly goal post in an attempt to actually stick to my goals. At the end of the month,  I think I'll do a reflection on the month, which will hopefully make me take the goals seriously. Wish me good luck.

Goals For This Month

1. Run 3 times a week
2. Increase my running distance
3. Start studying for exams 3 days before the exam
4. Plan my weeks out every Sunday in my planner
5. Never eat two desserts a day
6. Do more homework on the weekends

What goals are you working on right know? I'd love to get ideas for the months ahead!

Update: I got a cold or possibly the flu (I don't know) on the first full week of October so I will not be running until I feel better. It may take awhile to feel better so I probably won't complete the first two goals and will have them again for November

Fall Bucket List

Fall is here! The air is getting crisp and the leaves are starting to change. I can't wait to do some fun fall things. So if you can't wait either here's a small list of seasonal activities you can do this season.

What are you looking forward to doing most this fall?

Top 10 Favorite TV Series

Some people are really into movies but for me, I have always preferred tv shows. When it comes to movies, I can't choose a favorite or even a top five. Whenever someone asks me I have to just pick something I know I have seen and like but with tv shows I could list those out for anyone who asks. It is just so much easier to watch a 22 min or 45 min show on Netflix than an hour and a half long movie. So here you go this is my top tv shows I suggest you watch them all as soon as you can. Note these are not exactly in order.

1. Friends. Friends is that show I've seen every episode five or more times, and it's still funny. There is just something about it. I even put it on as background music over real music sometimes. I watch it for hours when I can, and I don't think it will ever get old for me.

2. Scandal. I just found out that the new season won't premiere until winter or spring and I am so sad. I binge watched the first season the summer before the second one started, so I have been watching this show for a while now, and it just keeps getting better.

3. Once Upon A Time. Who doesn't love fairy tales? Once upon a time is fairy tales reimagined. I love all the characters and the actors who play them. Aladdin is coming to the new season. The new season starts September 25th, and I can't wait! (Kind of sad Jafar isn't played by Naveen like in Wonderland tbh tho)

4. Lost. Okay, so this summer I started watching Lost in mid to late May. There are six seasons, and I had them all finished in like the second week of June. I'm not kidding I love it. It is one of those shows you finish watching, and you don't know what to do with yourself after because no other shows can fill the void. Since I couldn't find anything I wanted to watch more I rewatched Lost a second time before the summer ended and now I'm started it again.

5. How To Get Away With Murder. Another show produced by Shonda Rhimes. And just like scandal this one had me hooked from the first episode. There's always a new shocking thing happening, and I never want the episode to end.

6. Teen Wolf. Ok so I haven't watched all of the last season but before that, I watched the episodes it in real time. I just sort missed the last like 4 or 5 episodes of the season. I've watched this show since it premiered, and I am sad it is ending. I'm really going to miss Stiles.

7. Pretty Little Liars. Another show I have watched since the day it premiered years ago. I even remember that it premiered a week before my 15th birthday, and I had to miss the second episode because I was celebrating. I am one of the people who still like the show after the time jump. I need to catch up on the last half season of this show too which happens to be the first half of the final season (tear tear).

8. Parks and Recreation. This show is similar to friends for me. Obviously, it's not the same thing, but I can watch it for hours like I can Friends. I just finished all the seasons on Netflix last week, and I had to start over again immediately.

9. Dance Moms. Yep, I like reality shows too. This one for me is not as good since my favorite, Chloe, left the show. And now even Maddie and Mackenzie are not on there, so I haven't been watching the latest season. I just watch the dances on Facebook sometimes. Before everyone starting leaving the show I would record the show and watch the episodes all the time. I knew the group dances from season one in the order they did them, and I sort of knew the sites they went to in order at one time. So clearly I'm a fan.

10. Keeping Up With The Kardashians. I can never get enough of the Kardashians. They make everything is so dramatic, and they are all so funny. I like seeing the things you hear about on E news happen on camera in real time and their semi real day to day life.

4. My favorite color is pink and always has been.

5. I have been obsessed with names since I was a kid. Whenever I played a new game that involved pretend everyone had to have a different name and every doll, car, or any other toys we were playing with had to have a name. It got to the point where I created a new list of names for my characters over time we started a new game. Nowadays I keep a list of names I like on my phone and frequently visit my favorite name site called Nameberry.

6. The thing I want to do most in life is travel. I have always had a severe case of wanderlust. I want to go so many places, but I would choose to explore Europe first.
